Members are responsible for forming the company. The key responsibilities of the Veritas Multi Academy Trust Members are:

• Appointing members
• Amend the articles of association and memorandum of understanding
• Quality assure the work of Trustees to ensure they are fulfilling their statutory duties
• Sign any special resolutions regarding the constitutional set up of the Trust

We are delighted to have the following Members in office:

Louisa Horner -  Training and Development lead at CATs Canterbury, an international school based in Canterbury. I am also a Fellow of the Chartered College of Teaching.

Simon Smith - A fully qualified HR professional with over 20 years of supporting the delivery people agendas and the development of HR Strategies in various organisations. 

Connie Nolan - Barton Ward Representative.

Doug Little - Head of Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Managers, and Development Lead for Student and Campus Life at The University of Nottingham.

Finley Lawson - Education Development Lead at Canterbury Christ Church University
