Dr. Kerry Jordan-Daus - MA Ed, FCCT, SFHEA - Chief Executive Officer and Accounting Officer
Kerry has spent her career in education, as a teacher in Secondary Schools and as a lecturer in Higher Education. During her career she has had numerous leadership roles both in schools and in higher education. Taking on the role of the CEO of Veritas MAT is a new opportunity. She strives for excellence, making learning irresistible for all. Kerry has recently completed her Doctorate Study on gender and leadership in education. Kerry is committed to inclusion and ensuring success is enjoyed by all. Building on the success of the research based culture already embedded at Veritas MAT, Kerry will continue to ensure that all staff are supported in their professional learning and development, therefore putting outstanding teaching as a key priority.
Alison Moon - BA (Hons) MBA FISBL - Trust Business Manager (CFO) & Company Secretary
Alison is a Fellow of the Institute of School Business Leadership. She has been Company Secretary for Veritas Multi Academy Trust since its creation in 2015 and has expertise in both financial management and legal requirements of academies. Alison's key roles in Veritas Multi Academy Trust are to lead across all business functions. In 2021, Alison was presented the School Business Leader of the Year Award at The National Schools Awards in recognition of her significant contribution to the trust and the wider academy sector. Alison has spoken nationally at a number of sector conferences.
Amber Hull - Business Manager
Amber works with the Trust Business Manager, in providing support to all business teams across the Trust. Amber has undertaken HR CIPD study, levels 3 & 5.
Sarah Jones - Executive Team (Support) Business Manager
With over 20 years’ extensive experience in administration, HR, sales and finance, Sarah became part of the growing Veritas Multi Academy Trust in 2023 as Executive Team (Support) Business Manager. Sarah previously worked within a larger, 8 school trust in Kent from its formation; originally as Finance Assistant, Office Manager then Trust Admin Lead establishing effective administrative procedures; an essential component to a school’s future success.
Sarah has a wealth of knowledge and experience in managing schools’ administration and has successfully mentored and provided support to the administrative and wider Central and managerial teams in the Trust.
Giving back to the local community is very important to Sarah, who in her spare time is the Beaver Scout Leader and Group Scout Leader for 1st Sturry.
Stephanie Sheppard - Executive Assistant to the CEO & Governance Professional
Stephanie joined the Trust in 2023, providing support to the CEO and our Members, Trustees and Governors. Stephanie has a background in marketing and partnerships management in the commercial sector before gaining experience in support roles in both primary and secondary schools, pursuing her ambition to bring her skillset to the educational sector, to make a difference.
